*IMPORTANT* Drop-off and Pick-up Reminders

In an effort to make sure the school arrival and departure process runs as smoothly as possible, we are sending a few important Drop Off / Pick up reminders.

Drop Off Reminders
Please drop off between 7:15 and 7:50am and be sure to please pull your vehicle forward as far as possible before allowing your child(ren) to exit the car. ELC parents must sign in their child(ren) curbside.  Staff will assist with the process.

Pick Up Reminders 
We kindly ask our families to please arrive during their pickup time (not before or after).  Arriving early creates a backlog by blocking cars that are scheduled for that time, and arriving after your pickup times potentially creates supervisory issues.  If you do arrive early, you may be asked to drive around the block.  ELC parents must sign out their child(ren) curbside.  Staff will assist with the process.

Specifically, we ask that on Mon, Tues, Thurs & Friday:
     K-2 parents should arrive between 2:15 and 2:30 p.m.
     3-5 parents should arrive between 2:30 and 2:45 p.m.
     6-8 parents should arrive between 2:45 and 3:00 p.m.
     PK parents should arrive between 3:00 and 3:15 p.m.

Specifically, we ask that on Wednesday:
     K-2 parents should arrive between 12:45 and 1:00 p.m.
     3-5 parents should arrive between 1:00 and 1:15 p.m.
     6-8 parents should arrive between 1:15 and 1:30 p.m.
     PK parents should arrive between 3:00 and 3:15 p.m.

Specifically, we ask that on Early Release Days:
     K-2 parents should arrive between 11:15 and 11:30 a.m.
     3-5 parents should arrive between 11:30 and 11:45 a.m.
     6-8 parents should arrive between 11:45 and 12:00 p.m.
     PK parents should arrive between 12:00 and 12:15 p.m.

No Parking at Drop Off & Pick Up
To maintain a safe and efficient flow, parents are NOT to park or exit their vehicle during drop off or pick up times. If parents need to conduct business in the school office, it is to be done at times other than drop off or pick up.  All classroom visits must be scheduled ahead of time.

Display Colored Placards
We ask that parents please display their colored vehicle placards when dropping off & picking up their children from school. It makes the process much smoother.
