Congratulations Mr. Gaudi !!

The Saint Mark Board of Education, staff, students, parents and church congregation would like to congratulate our principal, Mr. David Gaudi, as the recipient of this year’s prestigious Lux Christi Award. Each year, Concordia University presents the Lux Christi (Light of Christ) Award to recognize one outstanding Lutheran educator who implements the Christian perspective through their teaching and administrative ministries. Mr. Gaudi was selected to receive this year’s award for his significant contributions through service, leadership, and day-to-day ministry at Saint Mark Lutheran Church and School. A representative from Concordia University in Portland, Oregon will present the award and a monetary gift to Mr. Gaudi during the 8:30 a.m. church service on Sunday, March 6, 2011. Please join us to honor Mr. Gaudi and celebrate with our Saint Mark ‘Ohana by enjoying good food and fellowship following the worship service.
